This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Astrarium Robotics, Inc. ("Astrarium," "we," "us") collects through this website and related services (the "Services"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message content.
• Account & login: your email address, used to send you a one-time "magic link" sign-in email.
• Orders: name, email, shipping address, quantity, and any notes you provide when requesting an order for X1, A8, Q4, or H2.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & click data: pages you visit, links and buttons you interact with, referring page, and approximate timestamps, associated with an anonymous visitor identifier stored in a cookie.
• Device & fleet data: if you are logged in and own registered Astrarium hardware, the Fleet Dashboard displays status, battery, and activity data reported by your devices.
• Technical data: IP address (processed transiently for request handling and security), browser user agent, and cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins via magic link.
• To process, fulfill, and let you track orders.
• To respond to messages submitted through the contact form.
• To operate the Fleet Dashboard and, once available, Model Training.
• To understand how visitors use the site (which pages and links get engagement) so we can improve it.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie (set once you sign in, so the Services know who you are) and an anonymous visitor cookie (used for click and page-view analytics before and after sign-in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Services, such as our email delivery provider for sending magic-link emails and order confirmations, and our cloud hosting provider (Cloudflare); (b) as required by law; or (c) with your consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and message data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Anonymous click/usage data is retained in aggregate for product analytics.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@astrarium.io. You can also track an order without an account using your order ID and email, and can decline to submit optional fields such as notes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed sign-in tokens, and access controls, to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
