Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrarium website, the Fleet Dashboard, the Model Training service (once generally available), and any related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Astrarium Robotics, Inc. ("Astrarium," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Accounts

Certain parts of the Services, including the Fleet Dashboard and Model Training, require an account. Accounts are created and accessed using a passwordless "magic link" sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email inbox and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@astrarium.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Orders and Payment

Product pages allow you to submit an order request for X1, A8, Q4, or H2. Submitting an order request is not a binding sale: it creates a pending order in our system, and a member of our sales team will follow up to confirm final pricing, configuration, lead time, and payment terms before any charge is made. Prices displayed on the Services are estimates and subject to change until an order is formally confirmed in writing.

3. Order Tracking

We provide an order tracking tool that displays status information tied to an order ID and the email address used to place the order. You are responsible for keeping your order ID confidential if you do not want others to view its status.

4. Fleet Dashboard and Model Training

The Fleet Dashboard provides monitoring and management functionality for Astrarium hardware registered to your account. Model Training is under active development and is offered on an early-access, "as available" basis; features, availability, and functionality may change substantially before general release.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or misuse the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair them; (b) use the Services to violate any applicable law; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, order data, or connected devices; or (d) use automated means to scrape or overload the Services beyond normal use.

6. Hardware Warranty

X1, A8, Q4, and H2 are covered by a limited 2-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, as described on the applicable product page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written warranty applicable to purchased hardware. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrarium will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
